Butterfly house and botanical garden of Quindio
Located at 2 kilometers from the Hotel, you will discover the most exotic plants during a 2 hour-tour. You will also find the biggest collection of butterflies, in their natural habitat.
Panaca
This is an invitation to turn you gaze towards the countryside to understand the significance of agriculture in Colombia’s development. Located at 9 kilometers from the town of Quimbaya and at 45 minutes from the Hotel Campestre Karlaka. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, and holiday Monday, from 09:00 am.
Coffee national park
Located at 5 km from the town of Montenegro and at 35 minutes from the Hotel. Open from Wednesday to Sunday. During high season, open everyday. You can buy the tickets at the Hotel’s reception to get a special discount.
Recuca
It is a guided tour, where the visitor will experience the rural work in a recreacional, participative and didactic way, as well as discover the fantastic and mythical history of coffee cultivation.
Balsaje
A former means of transport, become today a tourist attraction. These small boats made of bamboo, with 15 people capacity, are driven by professionals from the region and respect the security rules in force.
